Has anyone scoped out any industrial areas where something could be incorporated in.That's what makes that farmingdale site nice,it's biggest drawback is the size.Something surrounded by industry might be an easier sell.What about that industrialized part of EPCAL

aww cmon' you know very well all thoses resort people that are there vacationing and ski will not put with the noise............... j/k but you think Cardinale would really want to see us again?

Do we have backers.What about around the Medford Yapank area
where all those commercial building are 101 & Horseblock near Levyland but west of landfill.Dirtbike track was there.

I don't know how much property they have at the moto cross...i could stop and see the gentleman who owns it though...

Guy's i have no problem with talking with people about there property...but we gotta be specific about the property or who i could contact...

Example the area off the lie west of 101 is a large area....
